Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all social media marketing and promotion services (“Services”) provided by smmjp.com (“the Site”). Users (“Users”) are required to review and agree to these Terms before using the Services.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Site regarding the use of the Services.

Any guidelines or policies separately established by the Site constitute a part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Description of Services)

The Services provide support for social media marketing such as follower growth, increasing views, and boosting engagement on Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.

The Services aim to enhance appearance, credibility, and influence on social media; however, the Site does not guarantee sales, customer acquisition, or revenue improvement.

Service content, speed, and completion time may vary depending on platform specifications or external factors.

Article 3 (User Registration)

Using the Services requires account registration through the Site’s designated method.

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

The Site may refuse or cancel registration without disclosing the reason if:

(1) False information is discovered  

(2) The user has previously violated Terms or engaged in misconduct  

(3) The user has ties to antisocial forces  

(4) The Site determines registration to be inappropriate  

Article 4 (Account and Information Management)

Users are responsible for managing their login credentials and email address.

Account sharing, lending, or transferring is prohibited.

The Site bears no responsibility for damages arising from unauthorized use by third parties.

Article 5 (Fees and Payment Methods)

Using the Services requires adding funds to the User’s balance.

Payments must follow the methods designated by the Site, and fees/processing times may vary.

Once payment is completed, cancellations or modifications are not allowed.

Article 6 (Balance Expiration)

User balances expire six months after the last login date.

If a User does not log in for six months, the remaining balance will automatically expire and cannot be refunded or restored.

Expiration is valid regardless of whether notifications are sent.

Article 7 (Service Delivery and Limitations)

The Site does not guarantee results.

The Site is not responsible for damages resulting from social media platform changes, restrictions, or account bans.

Order processing times are estimates and delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.

Services may change or be discontinued due to external providers or system issues.

Article 8 (Prohibited Actions)

Users may not engage in the following:

(1) Illegal or unethical acts  

(2) Criminal activity or facilitation  

(3) Interference with servers or networks  

(4) Fraudulent orders or payments  

(5) Violations of social media platform policies  

(6) Impersonation  

(7) Unauthorized resale or redistribution of Services  

(8) Any act deemed inappropriate by the Site  

Article 9 (Usage Restrictions and Account Termination)

The Site may restrict usage or delete accounts without notice if:

(1) Terms are violated  

(2) False information is discovered  

(3) User inactivity persists  

(4) The Site’s operation is disrupted  

(5) The Site determines the user to be inappropriate  

The Site is not liable for any resulting damages.

Article 10 (Service Suspension)

The Site may suspend Services without notice due to maintenance, system failures, disasters, or other unavoidable events. The Site is not responsible for resulting damages.

Article 11 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

The Site is not liable for non-performance unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

If the Site is liable, compensation is limited to the amount the User paid for the applicable Service.

The Site is not responsible for disputes between Users and third parties.

Article 12 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All content on the Site—including text, images, videos, logos, and software—belongs to the Site or legitimate rights holders. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Article 13 (Notifications)

Notifications from the Site are deemed valid when sent to the User’s registered email address.

Article 14 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights)

Users may not transfer, assign, or provide as collateral their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior permission from the Site.

Article 15 (Changes to the Terms)

The Site may modify these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the Site.

Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising from the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where the Site’s headquarters is located.
