SMMJP (“the Site”) establishes the following policies to maintain service quality and prevent fraud.

Article 1 (Services Covered by Guarantee)
Services that explicitly state “X days guarantee” in the title or description qualify for refill during the guarantee period.
Refill applies only within the range of “start count up to the ordered quantity.”
Drops below the initial start count are not eligible.
After the guarantee period ends, no refill or refund will be provided for any reason.
If the URL or account information is changed after order completion, the guarantee becomes void.

Article 2 (Services Without Guarantee)
Services labeled “No Guarantee” are not eligible for refunds regardless of drops or social media platform changes.
Low-cost services may have unstable quality or speed, so testing with small quantities is recommended.

Article 3 (Handling of Balance Refunds/Credits)
The Site operates on a prepaid balance system and does not offer cash refunds (to prevent money laundering).
However, if an order was only partially completed (e.g., “processing” or “partial”), the remaining unfulfilled portion may be refunded as balance credit (“credit return”).
Refunds apply only to services with a cancel button and may depend on progress (contact required).

Article 4 (Refill Requests)
If drops occur in services with a guarantee, submit a refill request within the guarantee period along with the order ID and details.
Refill or investigation will be conducted after verification (may require several days).

Article 5 (User Responsibility)
Issues caused by user error—incorrect URL input, changed or deleted SNS IDs, mistaken quantities, or selecting the wrong service—are not eligible for refunds.
Performance, speed, and quality vary by service; no specific results are guaranteed.
The Site is not responsible for account restrictions or bans.

Article 6 (Exceptions)
If the Site experiences system failures or a provider-side long-term outage is confirmed, credit returns may be issued for unprocessed portions.
Credit returns are issued only as balance credit and cannot be refunded via cash or bank transfer.
